Project Description

The SEZ consists of Building structures with a total built-up area of about 7165 sq.m has an estimated total cost of Nrs.292 Million. The Road network system for the project includes a 4-lane asphalt concrete pavement of length 9.944 Km with a total estimated cost of Nrs.718 million.

The Water Supply system including the water distribution system, water treatment and RCC overhead water storage (2x400 cum and 1x100cum) has an estimated cost of Nrs.371 million. Storm water network drainage system for providing drainage from buildings, industries, road and open area costs an estimated Nrs.432 million.

Waste water network system and waste water treatment system has a close type distribution system with manhole as well as oxidation ponds, waste stabilization ponds for treating 958 MLD per day at a construction cost of NRs.58 million

Other Civil structures includes boundary wall, industrial plots, main entrance gate, security check posts, pump house, parking areas for heavy and light vehicles, open spaces and site development works and green areas, petrol pump, truck weighing bridge at an estimated cost of Nrs.690 million

Electrical works and telecommunication works have a combined construction cost of Nrs.805 million

The total estimated project cost including contingencies and VAT is NRs.5 billion.

Services

  • Detailed engineering survey for the required horizontal and vertical control points of the land and prepared standard Base Map of the area, consisting of physical features and existing infrastructures
  • Preparation of Master Plan of the SEZ based on the principle of the urban/town planning as well as based on concept, objective and requirements of SEZ
  • Identify the probable industries to be established inside the Block D and Block E
  • Soil investigation survey and investigation of the site
  • Preparation of detailed engineering design, drawings, cost estimation, specification and tender documents required to the physical facilities (or infrastructures) indicated in the Master Plan for the establishment of Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in the project site as followed.
